Motohype Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions


  1. Eligibility


  • The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.


  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Motohype Limited (‘Motohype’) are not eligible to enter the giveaway.


  • A valid New Zealand driver’s license is required for the ownership change.


  1. Giveaway Period


  • The giveaway runs from Wednesday 15th October 2025, 7:00 PM NZST to Thursday 13th November 2025, 11:59 PM NZT.


  • The draw will be conducted on Saturday 15 October 2025. The prize winners will be contacted by Motohype within 24 hours of the draw being conducted.


  1. Prizes


  • First Prize: Surron Ultra Bee (road legal) electric bike valued at $12,499.


  • Second Prize: Runner up will receive $500 cash.



  1. How to Enter


  • Each eligible product purchased from the Motohype website during the giveaway period gives you free entries to the giveaway.


  • The number of entries will depend on the product purchased. Each product on the Motohype website will state the number of free entries to the giveaway.


  • One free entry per person for the entire giveaway is available via the official entry form on the Motohype website.


  1. General Conditions


  • Entry into this giveaway is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

  • Motohype reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and eligibility of all entrants, as well as proof of purchase where applicable.


  • Free entries are only valid when the official entry form is completed fully and truthfully. Duplicate free entries will be removed.


  • The prizes are not be transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.


  • Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If a prize is not claimed within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.


  • The dates and times for redeeming the prize shall be subject to availability. Without limiting the foregoing, the prize must be taken within 18 months of the winner being notified.


  • The winner is responsible for collecting the prize within 30 days of the draw unless otherwise agreed. If a prize is not collected within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.


  • Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, Motohype, its employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this giveaway or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph (without limitation) applies in the case of any loss, cost or damage incurred or suffered by any third party where such loss, cost or damage is caused by the prize winner.


  • Motohype is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss suffered in connection with participation in this giveaway or use of any prize.


  • In the event a prize is unavailable, Motohype may substitute the prize with an equivalent prize of an equal or greater value.


  • Motohype reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Motohype further reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control.


  • By entering this giveaway, you agree to Motohype using your name for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation. All entrants to the giveaway agree to the use of their email address being added to the Motohype database, which may be used for promotional purposes.
